Jim W. Lee
Mr. Lee has received Martindale Hubbell's highest rating possible (AV) for legal ability and ethics as rated by other practicing lawyers.
Mr. Lee graduated from Baylor University in 1961 with a BBA degree, and from Oklahoma City University Law School in 1968 with a Juris Doctor degree. He was admitted to the Bar in 1968. He is presently licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, the Supreme Court of the State of Oklahoma, all United States District Courts in the state of Oklahoma, and all state and municipal courts in the state of Oklahoma. He has handled matters in the states of Texas, Colorado, Arkansas and Kansas.
Mr. Lee has been a member of the Oklahoma Association of Defense Counsel, the Oklahoma Trial Lawyers Association, the Oklahoma County, Oklahoma and American Bar Associations.
Mr. Lee has been a member of the Advisory Committee for Oklahoma City University Law School, an arbitrator in the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma and am currently an Appeals Court Judge for the Oklahoma Employment Securities Commission. He is a member of the National Association of Unemployment Insurance Appellant Boards in conjunction with the National Judicial College and is a certified appeals professional in the area of unemployment insurance.
Mr. Lee has been married to his wife, Dianne, for over 50 years and has two children and four grandchildren. He enjoys football, baseball, basketball and golf, likes to fish, hunt and snow ski and has been a contributor to the fellowship of Christian Athletes. He is a member of Edmond's First Baptist Church, where he serves as a deacon and a Bible Study teacher. He is a resident of Edmond, Oklahoma since 1971.
