LEARN MORE

LEE & KISNER Associates try lawsuits in state and federal courts and in the workers compensation court.  We are licensed to practice in the Supreme Court of the United States, all federal courts in Oklahoma and all state courts and municipal courts within our state.  We have handled cases in Arkansas, Texas, Colorado and Kansas as well as Oklahoma.

We provide personal representation in estate matters, including wills, trusts, contracts and other business matters.

Your case will not be "handed off" to another lawyer.  The lawyer you talk to will be the lawyer who will handle your case to its conclusion.  We return your calls the same day, if possible, and no laterthan the next day.  We work on an hourly rate or contingency fee basis depending on the kind or type of case you have and our fees are competitive.

If we take your case, we will give it our attention and will make every effort to reach the conclusion you desire.  If for some reason we do not take your case, if asked, we will refer you to other good lawyers who handle whatever the problem is that you have.

We are sensitive to your needs, familiar with applicable law of your case and will reach a conclusion as soon as is reasonably possible.

LEE & KISNER is an association of lawyers and supporting staff members with over 130 years of combined legal experience. We provide personal representation in estate matters, including wills, trusts, contracts and other business matters.
